On this day I had my usual class in Art II at my University, we spoke on the idea of art being created through the lenses of everyday tools (iPhone, digital camera, single light capturing lenses, and etc) and watched an Andrew Hockney documentary on lense portraits and the process of how the creation of these portraits throughout the years have been constructed.
My Professor had challenged us to use the frame of our iPhone reflecting a given setting and for us to replicate the image on the screen into a sketch form.
I couldn't help but sketch this while we watched our documentary for the day. Below are two iPhone framework sketches.
